My Leadership Journey
For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses of all sizes, learning invaluable lessons and tackling challenges head-on. Through it all, I’ve built my career on two core beliefs: great leaders are made through intentional coaching and mentorship, and strong relationships are the foundation of success. Leadership isn’t just about authority—it’s about connection, trust, and a commitment to excellence.
Every day is a new opportunity to share what I’ve learned, helping organizations create cultures where people thrive and results follow. But for me, leadership isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. It’s about making a lasting impact, inspiring positive change, and pushing others to achieve more than they ever thought possible. That’s what fuels my passion, and it’s why I do what I do.
Why I Started Conroy Leadership Consulting
During my time as a nonprofit director, I realized something: the leadership principles I had learned and applied weren’t just valuable in one sector—they were universal. Whether in nonprofits or large corporations, the need for strong, people-centered leadership was the same. But too often, smaller organizations lacked access to the same insights, tools, and strategies that larger companies took for granted. I knew I could change that.
Through one-on-one coaching, company-wide leadership masterminds, and hands-on workshops, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with leaders who are serious about growth. My goal has always been the same—to equip them with the tools to lead with confidence, build thriving teams, and create lasting impact. Leadership isn’t about a title; it’s about how you show up every day for the people around you.
So, I took the leap!
Now, I get to work with organizations that are committed to getting better every single day. I partner with leaders who ask, “How can I improve so I can lift up those around me?” That’s the kind of mindset that drives real change, and being part of that journey is both an honor and a responsibility.
With experience in team leadership, authorship, and public speaking, I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can unlock a leader’s potential and elevate an entire organization. And honestly? There’s no better feeling than that.
